If you’ve heard of Shadow work and don’t completely understand it, but feel a pull towards it, then this is for you! Shadow work is one of the most important, yet challenging, and healing things we can do for ourselves. Because it impacts us on both a spiritual and psychological level, this work is unequivocally life changing. There are many different aspects to consider when delving into our shadows. During this transmission we will take a deep look into exactly what Shadow work is by breaking it into specific parts. Identifying the core elements of our shadows enables us to better understand their relevance and meaning in our lives. Once we do that, we can start the process of alchemizing and healing on numerous levels. Additionally, I’ll introduce a couple of techniques that will provide important support and help as we begin our Shadow work journey.

Spirits walk among us regularly. At times we seek them out and sometimes we need to rid ourselves of them. Other times we may want to try to connect. I’ll discuss all the above, as well as explain/show you how to use a pendulum to safely communicate with spirits.
