When the Nerves are Frayed & Stress is Running High...

There’s just A LOT going on for so many of us at this time, leaving a feeling of extra anxiety and exhaustion.  Don’t worry, this too shall pass!

But in the meantime…try these witchy hacks for a little help along the way to more ease and less tension 💜


Anxiety relief oils~ can be worn or used in a diffuser: Carnation, Lavender, Sandalwood, Lotus, Fig, Coconut 

Bundles of herbs drying

Stress Be Gone bath~ to a warm bath add: course sea salt or epsom salts, fresh rose petals from a pink rose, one dropper full of lavender or hyssop oils, and Amethyst crystals.

Candle spell for inner peace~ a blue candle, preferably light blue. Carve your full name and the words, “I am centered and serene” into the candle. Anoint it (rubbing from wick to base) with either Sandalwood or Cedar oil. Light candle and state, out loud, your intention 3 times. Allow candle to burn out fully. 


Carry or wear one or more of these crystals for help with all things worry and stress related:  Amazonite, Lepidolite, Black Tourmaline, Howlite, Kunzite, Blue Lace Agate, Snowflake Obsidian, and Green Calcite. 


For fatigue try~ 

-wearing a citrus oil like orange or grapefruit 

-carrying/wearing Citrine and/or Fluorite

-drinking a cup of peppermint tea 

-walking barefoot for 20-30 minutes 

-wear firey colors like orange, yellow, and red.
