Autumn has arrived and with it the time of Balance, Gratitude, and Abundance.

Burn Frankincense and Myrrh. It’s a perfect balance of energies to offer this time of year. Speak your heart and what you’re grateful for to the Earth and the Universe. Leave food offerings outside- good quality, natural foods-

Declare your intentions for balance out loud to the Harvest Moon. Burn a white candle to seal it.

Light into Dark

Dark into Light-

The Wheel turns again,

Granting equal day and night.

Because I am of the Earth

I rest in equality too,

I release all imbalance and

Call forth my spirit renewed.

So it is!
