When Our Home Feels Like a Haven

Instead of a place of stress…

It’s too often that we settle in life—with work, our desires, relationships, etc., and sometimes we have little or no choice—but other times we choose less- less than we deserve and less than we want.  Why?


I think it’s because many are tired, overwhelmed, and out of alignment. Our sense of inner peace comes from our sense of feeling grounded and secure. This starts inside us and especially within where we dwell, in our home


Try these practical magic tips to help create the peaceful haven in your home that you want and need💜🧙‍♀️


A bunch of fresh herbs tied with twine

~Once a week clear the energy in the home. Mix together, in a glass bowl, a cup of water and a teaspoon of good sea salt. Stir and then walk around the home and gently sprinkle it around. Make sure to hit the thresholds of where people enter. (Be careful not to damage things that can’t get wet)


~Burn light blue and pink candles anointed with myrrh and/or lavender oil. 


~Place a piece (or a few) of Selenite in the windows of the rooms you spend the most time in. 


~Spend at least 20-30 minutes a week clearing out any clutter or stagnant old stuff. 


~Get some fresh rosemary, basil, and mint from the grocery store. Tie them together with some white string and hang above the door you use the most. 


~Burn the herb passion flower around the home to break any anger or tension and create a serene atmosphere. 


~Keep fresh flowers in the room you hang out in often. 


~rearrange your decorative things- crystals, art, trinkets, etc…when things stay in the same place they lose energy and we forget about them 💜💞🩵
